AYEYARWADY — Villagers in Mawlamyinegyun township have been ordered by troops to serve as guards to protect a Mytel tower in the village. Five people per night have been ordered to patrol on each shift. Those who fail to serve their guard duty will be fined 20,000 kyat. 1/2
