Rhys is a Welsh writer and actor who grew up in rural Carmarthenshire in South West Wales.

His debut play ‘BLUE’ (produced by Chippy Lane Productions) opened in January 2019 at @chaptertweets in #Cardiff and has since been published by Methuen.
