@KevinMcCurdy You're not crazy there's many Chinese spots in yeg; varying degrees of quality and authenticity. Rule of thumb is if the place looks old maybe even run down a bit then it's going to be good. Bonus points if the owner's kids are servers/sitting in the corner doing school work 😂
I spoke a lot on @OilersNow about Smith and what he can bring to this team. Coles notes are he has a very good development track record with young players. Also, the LA Kings were one of the very best 5v5 teams defensively in the two years he was there. That's a lot of him.
Japanese actor Hiroyuki Sanada spoke about the contradictions of human nature:
“Some people dream of having a swimming pool at home, while those who have one hardly ever use it. Those who have lost a loved one feel a profound sense of loss, while others often complain about their living relatives. Those without a partner long for one, while those who have one often don't appreciate it. The hungry would give anything for a meal, while the satiated complain about the taste of their food. Those without a car dream of owning one, while those who have a car are always looking for a better one.”
The key to happiness is gratitude: truly seeing and appreciating what we already have, and understanding that somewhere, someone would give anything for what we take for granted.
Remember when Musk challenged the World Food Program to explain how he could solve world hunger with just $6 billion, they did, and he just completely ignored them?
So I guess nobody is going to talk about the fact that a disabled Albertan took their own life by lighting their house and themselves on fire because of Danielle Smith's policies? Where is the media? #AISH#ADAP
