This luxury tax foolishness imposed on second homes in NYC is spreading to upstate NY, where members of the legislature want to impose a similar penalty in the Catskills and Adirondack’s on homes worth $2 million or more.

Remember Clinton’s luxury tax on yachts? It only hurt workers who built them.

This dumb idea will hurt the blue collar guys hired to build homes. Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, roof guys, laborers.
