@jasoncoon_ It’s tricky to test LEDs without the MCU, but I was able to test them with MCU pads.

@jasoncoon_ Yes, reflow all three at once. Assembled and tested 4 boards first. They worked without an issue and I repeated the process for the rest. Of all the 72 boards I’ve assembled which in total have 1728 LEDs only 1 LED wasn’t soldered. It wasn’t that hard to fix it with hot air.

@jasoncoon_ Also I used low temp paste but had to up the max reflow temperature to 190 degrees Celsius. Otherwise if PCBs are slightly bowed they don’t solder properly. At 190 degrees they flex and soldered almost without a gap between.

@jasoncoon_ I apply solder paste on two of the front PCBs. There are pads on the edges to mount PCBs to one another. I place LEDs first and stack other two PCBs on top and reflow them all together.
