Current roto for hair is washing it every 3 days (unless I go swimming) with @Man_with_a_van’s onion shampoo and then every couple of times I’ll do an olive oil and egg yolk mask instead.
Thinking of implementing a coffee ground/coconut oil hair mask for the topical caffeine aspect.
I’m an advocate for not eating as much as usual on rest days. Ur not requiring as much fuel for recovery so there’s no need to overwork the digestive system.
Treat rest days as a European.
