Hi team, last week you tried to take £4.50 from my account but it declined, this week again. I am a regular park and ride customer in Cambridge (£4.50 a day) but I do not understand why you continue to take the extra money without authorisation?

Hey @Stagecoach_East I don't think it's reasonable that the P&R bus driver feels the need to beep at customers to make them walk faster for the bus. I was seconds away from boarding the bus, and he beeped the horn and told me to hurry, not necessary.

@camcitco the traffic lights outside Babraham road park and ride are turning red every few minutes for no apparent reason. Possibly a fault, causing traffic delays
