It was lovely to speak with both @GBHockey squads as part of the ‘Talking Transition’ series.

An athlete retiring from sport is a daunting reality, no matter how prepared you think you are.

I enjoyed sharing my reflections of 🏑➡️⚽️ & how I’m still adapting to the new ‘norm’.
