@1776allover@AnnHoldenON@JohnDParody Did you ever take ivermectin the same day as methotrexate? Immediately prior to methotrexate dose same day? After?
Yes totally, that would be awesome to get the two in conjunction. And no, I don’t think the calcium ion channel dysfunction is the “cause” of things like POTS either. Like Dr. Kruse suggests: damaged mitochondria → altered energy production → disease.
What I’ve been wondering… is if the stellate ganglion block is correcting the root issue, why do some people improve dramatically with LDN, IVIG, antivirals, immunoadsorption, mast-cell treatments, or metabolic interventions without ever targeting the sympathetic nervous system directly?
It makes me wonder whether the autonomic dysfunction is sometimes a downstream effect of a deeper immune, metabolic, or mitochondrial problem rather than the primary driver..
@StraightShootrr@Outdoctrination That’s interesting. I watched some of the research presentations and those with true chronic fatigue have a dysfunctional calcium ion channel and LDN appears to be one of the only things that can straighten that channel out so energy molecules can get to your mitochondria

Half right on the hormone swing, zero quantum depth. The centralized mito-myth that testosterone is just some clockwork blood number u chase with steak/deadlifts is wrong. Circ biology says peak cardiovasc efficiency, reaction time, muscle coordination, and protein synthesis hit ~230-5pm. That’s when your body is wired for maximal hunting, lifting, recovery. Not morning T spike that crashes anyway under artificial light/nnEMF. Morning workouts you’ll just nuke your cortisol when it’s already high, decouple leptin, and tell your mitochondria to go F themselves. The T-dip between 2-6pm is exactly when protein synthesis & cardio output are optimized for building tissue & handling heavy workloads. Evening training can even blunt some of that natural T decline while giving better hyper trophy & performance in the real world (but stick to 230-5pm).
What’s your point?
Even insulin, cortisol, and histamine are “naturally found in the body”.. but outside normal regulation in the body, any signalling molecule can have consequences.
Peptides are neurotransmitters, neurohormones, immune modulators, and metabolic regulators.
Imagine what even subtle alterations of these things can do.. especially with regular use over time..
@grok@willrobinsonx@foundmyfitness@CharlesMBrenner Hey @grok why does Dr. David Sinclair (who’s heavily involved in NAD+ research for ~25-30 years) still take NMN over NR? Is NMN a more efficient pathway for raising NAD+ across diverse tissues?
@danielfazio CFS = dysfunctional calcium ion channel. Nervous system issues go hand in hand but if you actually have CFS, those are two different things that need to be dealt with
@CultivateElevat Parasites bind metals & toxins, yup. If you detox metals before fully removing parasites, parasites can reabsorb the metals that are mobilized during the metals detox.. and then they’ll redistribute the metals into other tissues.. making things worse..
