Poison ivy, sure. Lower back pain. Low self esteem, of course.
But COVID? The risk is indoors, not outside.
So, let's backtrack on golf course closures, like @fordnation rightly did for playgrounds and police checks.

I'm just going to come out and propose that IMO anyone claiming a medical exemption for not masking ought to have an official document from an MD to present before entering an indoor public space or be refused entry 1/
