I'm still shining from last week.

We kicked off our first ever Customer Advisory Board (CAB) by taking 25 customers to Malibu.

Spent a day at Soho House Malibu previewing them the future of SMS, showing them what we're building with AI, and getting feedback from them on needs + business challenges.

Going in I was nervous. First of all, the Postscript team is pretty quirky and loves fun--would that translate in person?

But even more than that, if I'm asking a bunch of brand execs for a day of their time, especially when most of them are barely focused on SMS, it better be an incredible experience--these people are busy!

Good news? It surpassed all expectations.

A lot of laughs, a lot of great insights, and an incredible dinner on the water at Nobu. O, and plenty of sake 🤌

It was such a good group! I'm extremely grateful to all our customers for their time, energy, and engagement.

We really believe we're just getting started at @PostscriptIO, but building for these folks is why we get up each day.

And yes, we will be doing this again (but even better 😎).
