@JagexAsh Question about the Rune Halberd drop from Spiritual Warriors. Is it gated behind the Regicide quest and is the drop rate on the wiki (1/127) accurate? Curious if I'm unlucky or just wasting my time (400 KC no drop)

@JagexAsh is there a profound reason why herblore is still quest gated while construction and runecrafting aren't? Just curious and also wanting to get the max cape with 0 qp.
