@feebrob Nice! How did you add the fig? I carmelized some in a cast iron pan and deglazed with the beer from primary for a Belgian Strong Ale last year and came out well. Take the time to strain those little seeds, can clog a keg post quickly! Cheers!
Happy to have the opportunity to do his and hers wedding beers at a friend's rehearsal dinner this past weekend. Czech Pilsner and Hefeweizen were great choices and went quickly!๐บ๐ #homebrew#homebrewing#allgrain
@KFAN1003@PAOnTheMic Thanks @KFAN1003 and @PAOnTheMic for taking a pic with our little guy! You caught him at the beginning of his first MN get together with a lot of energy. By the end of the day he was spent! Skol!
Being at the State Fair yesterday and seeing @PAOnTheMic reminded me of the Purple Kool Aid (Blonde Ale with pea flower blossoms) I had brewed a couple years back. Excited for the season to start! Skol!

Batch 112: Don't Cry (Over Spilt Kolsch) Pale Ale
Glad I had this ready to keg after coming down to a keezer full of a half keg of kolsch (courtesy of a disconnect issue)!

Current lineup of tap handles. Been making these for each beer I brew (over 8yrs), something to remember the beer by once it is long gone.
Not a professional woodworker by any stretch but DM me if you are interested in a custom one.
Cheers!

@vorontsov_yt Looks great! Highly recommend throwing that probe in a thermowell like this one for more accurate readings. I noticed a big difference in quality having the probe inside the beer (which controls my ferm. fridge). Cheers!
