Worked on the UI a bit recently! I changed the "gain exp" UI to this!
The left bar is character exp and right bar is class exp. Still need to add more details to make is look even better, but I kinda like this direction!

I managed to make a player stat tracker today!
It shows the part of your health bar that got erased from the attack that hit you and even has a little shake effect when the attack lands!

Here's a very early look at the 3d model I'm making for one of our main characters, Seraphina! She'll end up wearing cool armor and stuff :3
I'm using the "RealToon" shader in Unity for this. A super easy and good looking cel shader!
@lilith34636 If the game ends up having a character creator I could certainly add it in! Right now I don't have any plans for that tho unfortunately ๐
Have made a base setup for player and monster stats, going to start working on the battle system next!
I'm excited because I've got a pretty cool idea, an unique spin on the turn-based battle systems we all love!
This is Seraphina Tenshino, one of the main characters in the game.
She's a well balanced fighter, being able to deal damage but also soak up quite a bit,while using magic to protect and heal her allies. The most important thing to her is that everyone gets home safe!
