Please don’t let Political Beth Moore mislead you. She has no idea what she’s talking about. So far as “Judeo-Christian values go,” you might have noticed that American Jews vote 92% Democrat - more reliably Leftist than Blacks or homosexuals, or than TEN TIMES more Jews voted for Mamdani for mayor of NYC than the Republican. Here are some fun facts why that is:

Christianity and Talmudic Judaism do not “share values.” Modern Judaism, also known as “Post-Temple” or “Rabbinic Judaism,” is a substantially newer religion than Christianity, built in the aftermath of the temple’s destruction in 70AD, with its core religious texts, the Jerusalem and Babylonian Talmud, written between 200 to 600 years after Christianity formed in the first century.

This might surprise you if - like Allie Beth here - you thought Judaism was basically Christianity minus Jesus, like their religion was just Old Testament teachings. Common misconception,

The first thing you need to understand is that modern Judaism isn’t the religion of Moses, David, or Jesus. It’s a deviation from it. Virtually all of the festivals, rites, and rituals given to Israel by God through Moses and delivered via Exodus, Leviticus, and Deuteronomy, require a Temple and its apparatus to observe; priests, an altar, blood-sacrifice, and the temple itself. The key to its organization and cohesion, its genealogical records - necessary for tribal affiliation - were destroyed with the temple. Jesus was gracious to decree its destruction, because with the New Covenant given in Christ’s blood, it was illegitimate and unnecessary moving forward.

Because God removed the capacity to observe Mosaic religion, Rabbis in the subsequent centuries began to craft counterfeit rites and rituals, crude imitations, and with it, their own sacred writ, the Talmud. The Talmud claims to be the “Oral Torah” delivered by God at Sinai, to be of HIGHER value and GREATER authority than the Torah itself. And that’s where it really goes off the rails.

What you need to grasp about Talmudic values is that it’s the inversion of Old Testament (aka Christian) values. It fundamentally denies the Imago Dei (the first clue that Allie Beth has no idea what she’s blathering about). They teach that goyim (gentiles) have only animal souls. It forbids helping Gentile women give birth, because it makes more Gentiles in the world, it forbids helping a Gentile out of a hole they’ve fallen in. It prescribes the death penalty for gentiles who read the Talmud or the Torah. They claim that only Jews are sons of Adam, and truly human.

Rabbinic Judaism has a two-track legal system called Halakha, which is a spitting image of Sharia, in which Jews have one law, goyim another. They don’t have to give back goyim property if they find it. Killing a goyim requires a fine, instead of death. It’s allowable to molest a goyim girl under the age of 3, but prescribes death, if it’s a Jew.

As Rabbinic Judaism formed, the Rabbis intentionally made it oppositional to Christian ethics. That’s why for more than a millennia, the Jewish diaspora and Christian Europe didn’t get along. It is exactly the opposite of Christian values in every conceivable way.

The reason you should reject notions of a “Judeo-Christian heritage” is that the Bible is not a “Jewish” book. It’s a Christian book. Jesus said that Jews who deny Him also deny Moses (John 5:45-47). The Old Testament belongs to the Chosen People, and God’s Holy Nation.

That’s the church, according to 1 Peter 2:9. The term “Judeo-Christian” was popularized as WWII war propaganda, later popularized as Cold War propaganda, and now used by the Israel Lobby to manipulate Christians into supporting a nation that rejects Jesus in its national charter.

Stop being manipulated. Reject the term.
