@LukeNiforatos@CAnnieMcDowell Actually, I think Rob Kampia and the MPP deserve most of the credit for initially moving the ball on this issue. This began decades ago and would not have been possible without the state by state reform.
@AMartinelliWA@Anthonys_Takes This is one of the more thoughtful and intelligent pieces written on the subject of uplisting. Expect to see a FinCen guidance update from Treasury shortly after the July hearing. This is why we see the repositioning moves by the MSOs happening right now.
@learnaboutsam@LukeNiforatos A new study shows that SAM still doesn’t know the difference between causation and correlation. Another new study shows that SAM doesn’t tell the truth and the public no longer believes them.
It has completely consumed NCAA Men's soccer. The teams are loaded with foreign academy player who do not get offered professional contracts by their clubs at age 19 -- so they come to US colleges to play.
Hi, I was actually the Chairman of that campaign (Prop 206) and I’ll correct the record here. SAM was not involved with the 500k donation from Insys directly to the “no” campaign. That donation was arranged by then governor Doug Ducey. Insys was an Arizona based company and regular contributors to the governor and his causes. The “no” campaign was primarily led by two local county prosecutors. SAM was just getting started back then and weren’t really a factor in the 2016 adult use campaign.
@Bruce_LeVell Bruce, it would be an even better day if cannabis were already Schedule 3. 500,000 American workers still can’t open bank accounts, obtain mortgages or car loans. This is past the point of ridiculous. Trump has lost credibility on this issue. All talk, no action. Prove me wrong.
@Bruce_LeVell@junglejava1 Answer this @Bruce_LeVell, will the 500,000 cannabis industry workers finally be able to open bank accounts, obtain mortgages or car loans? If the answer is “yes,” then the plant people will chill out.
@Bruce_LeVell 500,000 Americans still can’t open bank accounts, qualify for a mortgage or car loan because cannabis is still Schedule 3.
Trump’s Executive Order was a bald faced lie. Prove me wrong.
Hey @Bruce_LeVell, 500,000 hard working American cannabis workers and their families still can’t get bank accounts, mortgages or car loans. The daily impact and lack of reform is real and continues to punish hard working Americans. And we still can’t even get a comment out of the administration. Why has this not yet happened? Do Trump’s EOs even matter anymore?
@AGPamBondi Today 500,000 American cannabis industry workers still can't get bank accounts, mortgages or car loans. Your failure to reschedule cannabis is a daily problem for 500,000 people, yet this is how you allocate your time.
@Bruce_LeVell@realDonaldTrump 500,000 American workers still can’t get bank accounts, mortgages or car loans. We are reminded of the lack of cannabis reform on a daily basis. Meaningless promises and unfulfilled Executive Orders are why the President is losing support.

Why are American tax dollars funding foreign student scholarships? This is at the direct expense of American kids. These foreigners are also older than 18.
The overwhelming majority of men’s soccer scholarships are going to foreign born players. Why?
