We vehemently condemn the Taliban terrorist group’s brutal suppression and crimes in Herat today.

Peaceful demonstrations, held in response to the abduction of innocent women for not covering their faces, were violently attacked by the Taliban. Innocent people were killed and injured merely for demanding dignity and their most basic human rights.

This situation must not be tolerated. States and international organizations around the globe must stand with the people of Afghanistan during this time of Taliban terror and tyranny, rather than inviting, engaging with, and normalizing relations with a terrorist group.

The National Resistance Front of Afghanistan stands with its people. We will do everything within our capacity to advance the cause of Afghanistan’s liberation and restore the freedom and inalienable rights of our people, wherever they may be in Taliban-occupied Afghanistan.

We in the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan welcome and applaud the US Senate’s @SenateForeign Committee for passing the No Tax Dollars for Terrorists Act. Although the Trump Administration cut off funding to the Taliban terrorist group in February 2025, codifying this policy through a law passed by the US Congress will help ensure that no future administration can restore it. It is vital that the Taliban terrorist group is sanctioned, isolated, and weakened through such measures. This will strengthen the resistance against global terrorism in Afghanistan, help liberate the country, and end the Taliban’s reign of terror and tyranny. We thank Chairman @SenatorRisch for his commitment against terrorism and his support for the freedom seeking people of Afghanistan.

The video shows a group of Taliban militants discussing targeted killings of people in northern Afghanistan.

The man whose face is not visible in the video says:
"Hamidullah told me that, according to Mullah/Mawlawi Khairullah, Mawlawi Majid has given us permission to kill people, but you must kill them in a way that no one finds out and in a completely hidden manner..."

A younger militant replies:
"I know people who are spies (and I want to kill them), but I won’t do it until Mawlawi Majid personally authorizes us..."

Another man adds:
"Mawlawi Majid says: kill them but do it in such a way that tomorrow no one can hold you responsible for the killings."

In the last few days, NRF leader @AhmadMassoud and a high-level National Resistance Front delegation were invited to attend one of France’s major annual gatherings, Les Rencontres de l’Avenir, held in the southern city of Saint-Raphaël. This prestigious three-day intellectual and civic forum, inaugurated in 2018 and presided over by economist Nicolas Bouzou with the support of the municipality, brings together more than 10,000 participants each year including leading thinkers, political figures, entrepreneurs, and cultural personalities to debate the defining issues facing France and the world.

This year’s edition, held from November 7 to 9, 2025, featured NRF Leader Ahmad Massoud as the guest of honor. On the evening of November 8, before a crowd of thousands, Mr. Massoud delivered a powerful address on the transformation of Afghanistan’s geopolitical landscape in recent months and its far-reaching consequences for the region and the world.

وزیر نام نهاد تحصیلات عالی طالبان (ندا محمد ندیم ) بار ها جواب کسانی که هنوز هم انتظار تغییر از این گروه را دارند یا به فکر توافق با طالب استند ، را داده است .
وی مردم را به اطاعت مطلق از رهبر این گروه فرامیخواند و هر نافرمانی را بغاوت و عامل آنرا واجب القتل میداند .
برای خاتمه دادن به چنین بدبختی و رهایی مردم از زندان فکری این گروه ضد اسلامی ، جهاد و مقاومت از هر طریق ممکن و مشروع بر هر مرد و زن افغانستان فرض عین است .

I had the immense honor of speaking to a group of bright and sophisticated students at Harvard University’s @Kennedy_School yesterday. The leader of the NRF, @AhmadMassoud, delivered remarks, followed by a fireside chat during which I thoroughly outlined the aims and vision of the @NRFafg, as well as possible solutions to save Afghanistan from its dire situation and prevent regional and global calamities. It is always refreshing to engage with the leaders of tomorrow during such opportunities.

نوروز آیین خاک و جان و نماد رستاخیز انسان و زمین است. این روز برای ما نه عید، که عهد است؛ عهد ایستادگی و بازنگشتن از راهی که به آزادی می‌رسد. در این نوروز، پیش از هر سخنی، درود می‌فرستیم به خانواده‌های شهدا، فرماندهان شجاع ما و همه‌ی مبارزانی که در سخت‌ترین روزها، امیدِ بهار آزادی را زنده نگه‌داشته‌اند. این بهار و این نوروز، سهم آنهاست.

ما به یاری خداوند و همراهی آن وارثانِ داد و فرزندان شاهنامه، وعده می‌سپاریم که نوروز را نه تنها در تقویم که به جان وطن، با اراده، ایستادگی و به نام آزادی بازگردانیم.

بدین شایستگی جشنی، بدین بایستگی روزی
ملک را در جهان هر روز جشنی باد و نوروزی

هم‌میهنان عزیز و گرامی!

جشن تمدنی و باستانی نوروز؛ یکی از مهم‌ترین نمادهای فرهنگ و تمدن بشری، و نیز بزرگ‌ترین آیین شکوهمند حوزۀ تمدنی پارسی یا همان ایران‌شهر باستان، به مردمان سرزمین‌های نوروز، ملت‌های نوروز باور و نوروز پسندان در سراسر جهان، خجسته و گرامی باد!

نوروزِ جهان‌افروز، دیرینه‌گی به درازنای روزگاران دارد و از دیرپاترین و پایدارترین آیین‌های برخاسته از سرزمین‌مان می‌باشد؛ آیینی که با هوّیت، تاریخ و برپایی تمدن‌ پارسی در پهنۀ زمین گره خورده‌است. این جشن فرخنده و فراگیر، درفش فرهنگ ماست که از دیر و دور تا به امروز در اهتزاز است و تا همیشه‌های تاریخ، زنده و برازنده خواهد ماند. جشنی‌که نشانۀ فرخنده‌خویی و نیکونهادی مردمان ماست.

گسترۀ تمدنی خراسان قدیم و ایران‌شهر باستان، فراتر «از شام تا به کاشغر» و «از سند تا خجند» است، زیرا فرهنگ و ارزش‌های ارجمند این خطۀ باستانی، برپایۀ دادگستری، مهرورزی، آشتی‌جویی، سرور و ستایش‌گری از پاکی، نور و نیکویی استوار است. خسروانی که نوروز را هم‌چون میراث تابناک انسانی برای ما به یادگار گذاشته‌اند، فرمانروایی‌های را برپا داشتند که هر یک با دادگستری، نیک‌اندیشی و انسان‌دوستی شهرۀ آفاق بود.

چنین جشن فرخ از آن روزگار
بماند از آن خسروان یادگار

در بستر چنان فرمان‌روایی‌های عدالت‌گستر و مدنیت والا، وخشوران و فرزانه‌گان بی‌شماری پرورش یافتند که امروز آنان شناسۀ فرهنگی و هوّیتی ما به شمار می‌روند.

نوروز را که هنگام کار و کوشش و بیداری‌ست، و هنگامۀ شگفتن و رُستن دوباره ‌است، برای ما طبیعت؛ این کتاب آفرینش الهی، مژدگانی می‌دهد. این جشن کهن در دوره‌های مختلف تاریخی و به گونۀ ویژه از آغاز دورۀ اسلامی تا به امروز، پیوسته از سوی دولت‌مردان پیشین و بزرگان مذهبی، گرامی‌داشت شده‌است.

نوروز را اکنون در زمانی گرامی می‌داریم و از آن حراست می‌کنیم که یک گروه تاریک‌اندیش، تمدن‌ستیز و انسانیت‌گریز بر میهن عزیز ما و خاستگاه اصلی نوروز سایه افگنده‌است و مانع برگزاری آن در سرزمین آبایی‌مان شده‌است. گروهی که با جهل و جنون بی‌پایان در برابر مردم، میهن و ارزش‌های تمدنی-فرهنگی ما قرار دارد. باری، یل گردن‌فراز کشور، شهید احمدشاه مسعود (رح) گفته بود که «عملیات ما برای ادبیات ماست». این سخن وخشورانه که رزم و پیکار ما برای پاس‌داری از زبان و فرهنگ نیاکانی‌ست، برای ما معنا و پیام ژرفی دارد و اکنون چراغ راه و سرلوحۀ مبارزات فرزندان راستین و صدیق میهن در جبهۀ مقاومت ملّی افغانستان است

فرزندان راستین این جغرافیای باستانی، نه تنها برای عزت و آزادی کشور و برای سرافرازی مردم مبارزه می‌کنند، بل، برای پاس‌داری از ارزش‌های معنوی، فرهنگی و تمدنی‌مان نیز در میدان نبرد قرار دارند. چنان‌که قهرمان ملّی کشور، شهید احمد شاه مسعود، در یادداشت‌های خویش مردم را به نکوداشت شکوهمند نوروز تشویق کرده بود، رهبری و همه مقاومت‌گران در جبهۀ مقاومت ملّی افغانستان، نوروز را گرامی می‌دارند و از آن پاس‌داری می‌کنند.

گروه تروریستی طالبان و همباوران آنان که با تاریخ، هوّیت و ارزش‌های تمدنی ما سر ستیزه دارند، با استفادۀ شیادانه از نام دین و شریعت، در پی حذف و نابودی هوّیت فرهنگی مردم کشور ما استند. بنابر این، بر هر فرزند خلف و آزادی‌خواه این سرزمین واجب است که به گروه تجاوزگر طالبان، هم‌کیشان و هم‌باوران آن تاریک‌اندیشان، سیاه‌کاران و دشمنان زندگی «نه» بگویند و از نوروز و آیین‌های آن که نقطۀ وصل همه اقوام کشور است، به‌طور کسترده تجلیل و گرامی‌داشت به عمل آورند. از سوی دیگر، مردمان کشور ما که از میراث داران اصلی آیین‌های کهن نوروزی هستند، بیش از هر زمانی، نقش مهمی در تقویت هوّیت نوروزی افغانستان با برجسته‌سازی و پر رنگ ساختن آیین‌ها و سنت‌های نوروزی خواهند داشت.

از جایگاه جبهۀ مقاومت ملّی افغانستان یک بار دیگر بیان می‌داریم که رهبری و فرزندان دلیر میهن در جبهۀ مقاومت ملّی، تعهد تزلزل‌ناپذیر در آزادسازی کشور و برپایی یک نظام غیر متمرکزِ مردم‌سالار، فراگیر و دادگستر دارد و برای حراست و حفاظت از تمامی ارزش‌های والا و پربار معنوی و فرهنگی مردم افغانستان، از هیچ تلاشی دریغ نخواهد ورزید. با این شعر خداوندگار بلخ، چراغ دل‌های‌تان فروزنده از نسیم نوروزی باد!

گفت پیغمبر به اصحاب کبار
تن مپوشانید از باد بهار
کانچه با جسم درختان می‌کند
نیز با جانِ شما آن می‌کند

هر روزتان نوروز، نوروزتان پیروز!

March 8 and Resistance in Afghanistan

The women of Afghanistan, who make up half (or more) of the country’s population, have been deprived of their fundamental and basic rights since the return of the Taliban to power. They are subjected to inhumane treatment as lesser beings by the misogynistic Taliban group. The Taliban has issued over 150 decrees, 98 of which specifically target women. At least 1.4 million girls have been deprived of their right to education. The rest have been deprived of their right to work, freedom of speech, access to public spaces, and other basic rights. They have been prohibited from participating in any public activities and have largely been confined to their homes. Women face profound consequences for refusing to comply with the Taliban’s demands. Countless female protesters have been incarcerated, tortured, and killed by the Taliban daily for raising their voices against this misogynistic group. The deprivation of women’s natural and basic rights contradicts Islamic teachings and the Geneva Convention on Human Rights.

When the country collapsed in August 2021, the valiant women of Afghanistan laid the foundation for civil resistance, proving to the world that women are willing to go above and beyond to fight for their rights, values, hopes, and dreams. Standing alongside their brothers in the Hindu Kush mountains, they expressed their support for the fearless freedom fighters of the @NRFafg. Since August 2021, the women of Afghanistan have kept the bastion of resistance alive by holding protests and demonstrations, enduring the tortures of the Taliban terrorist group. The resilient women of Afghanistan have mustered the courage and gallantry to face the Taliban and demand their fundamental rights. They bravely resist the Taliban and their decrees, fighting for their rights and values. The leader of @NRFafg Commander Ahmad Massoud, a staunch supporter of the women of Afghanistan and women’s rights, has persistently called on the international community to officially recognize the #GenderApartheid in Afghanistan.
