@airindia @TataCompanies Recently my wife traveled from Toronto to Delhi by Air India direct flight. She had one of the worst experience in comparison to other flights taken.
Inflight service was very bad
Food was very bad
There was no inflight entertainment. It was a 14 hour flight and no entertainment
