Before Binance became Binance, there was Homer & Marge. 🟡

CZ and Yi He’s story goes back to 2014, when they met at OKCoin. Three years later, they co-founded Binance.

But behind the scenes, things were less corporate.

In internal meetings, CZ was “Homer.” Yi was “Marge” or “Marjorie.” A Simpsons reference that fit naturally with the yellow culture that would come to define Binance.
