Been installing @SolidorLtd doors now for 12 years, really getting fed up of the non existent service now , a few years ago I could actually speak to people there , not had a installer lead since 2021 although I am an approved installer, feeling neglected

? Had the attitude they couldn’t care less. When you pay £18k for a car & you have for less than a year we expected better. The window seals it has, why say they’d order both when only one faulty, obviously not fit for purpose! Shame on you Hull Audi !!!!@AudiUKCare

Disgusted at the service we received this week. Took the car in for service & reported a squeaking window, had a video returned from mechanic, they would order the modified replacements (both sides), this was confirmed by admin covered under warranty.

Following day they changed their minds n wanted almost £500 to replace, then think that agreeing to reducing it by half that’s ok ? Apparently you can’t complain as the service manager told me himself any complaint would go back to him n that’s his decision ?
