MTN Fibre @MTNNG@mtnFiber has some of the most frustrating customer service I’ve experienced. They’re very responsive when you’re about to subscribe, but once you’re on the service and issues come up, getting them resolved becomes a real struggle.
@MTN180@MTNNG@mtnFiber I noticed the cable outside my house is bent, possibly cut, likely damaged by a passing truck. Meanwhile, others around me are using MTN Fibre without any issues.
This has been really frustrating. I’d appreciate urgent assistance to get this fixed.
@MTN180@MTNNG@mtnFiber My internet hasn’t been working since April 10th, the day I subscribed. I’ve reached out to customer service twice, but the issue is still unresolved.

The PM in me is curious about how OPay executed this. Likely a mix of AI-driven risk scoring, user-reported flags, and behavioral pattern detection triggering this friction. A solid UX approach, balancing security with user control. Smart move!
@dammiedammie35 You can’t come for someone’s credibility and lecture them on how to respond.
People react to things differently and you can’t police how they react.
One of the signs of pride is the inability to take responsibility, the problem is never you; it’s always them.
True growth begins when we learn to reflect and acknowledge our own flaws.
