Our @USNRL LASCO/C2 camera on @ESA/@NASASun SOHO witnessed the total vaporization of yet another sungrazing comet last night. Note also Jupiter moving across the top of the images.

The bright Kreutz-group comet has now entered the SOHO/LASCO C2 FOV, at about mag +2 (or even +1?)! 😃Notice the obvious saturation "spikes"! The comet is also obvious in the real time STEREO/SECCHI COR2-A images 🙂
