@BBCNews There’s some ridiculous and clearly anti UK comments here. Everyone wants to come here, everyone seeks (and gets) our help when disasters strike and yet we get nothing in return. Some comments suggest you’re forgetting there are real people on the end of your poisonous comments.
@JaneB17@BBCNews No he wouldn’t it’s all contrived, Ukraine (rightly) won due to support for the unjust war waged against them and we were strategically placed second so that we bailed out Europe by hosting the contest because that what we do. The fact Ukraine won proves voting is political.
@frankbrunoboxer There’s a massive bandwagon that people jump on saying the right things about how they understand and support those with mental health problems. Truth is they don’t but it ticks a box. Training’s not enough, unless you’ve experienced it up close you cannot begin to understand.
@SarahKate163 I’d change that to “no one really appreciates you no matter what…….” With age cones cynicism so just do what needs to be done and nothing more because despite declarations of trust and appreciation when put to the test they will let you down.
@SarahKate163 interesting article particularly in respect of mental health which is often given lip service by employers who don’t understand how disciplinary action compounds the problem. Conversely rewarding good attendance could be seen as discriminatory to those with health conditions.
