Tickets for the original flights that were canceled cost $1200. Last minute lodging cost $400. New flights cost $2400. You offered $780 ($315 per flight, $150 for lodging). I haven’t seen reimbursement for the cancelled flight yet. You need to do more @JetBlue
@JetBlue Your business practices are awful. You cancel flights leaving your customers stranded and cause them to incur major out of pocket expenses for last minute flights and lodging with unreasonable reimbursement policies.
Your reimbursement department doesn’t offer any means to speak to a human. Your customer service phone line has no authority to offer any sort of compensation for the circumstances. @bbb_us probably wants to know about these issues, @JetBlue …
@westcoastinmike Depends on who makes them, for either style. Have had excellent and bad versions of each. Have had way more good hazies than good bruts
