Better not purchase ticket directly from ItaloTreno. I did bought 3 tickets at their ATM at Roma Termini, cost 140.7 euro. My credit card was charged but the machine didn't print out tickets. I immediately contact their supporter on field,

they confirmed and guided me to file a refund/complain online.
I purchased another tickets and a did complain online a few days later.

Their system sucks. They process the claim for almost a month, then guess what, they said the tickets were already purchased correctly.

So, in case you need to buy train tickets in Italia or anywhere in Euro, just save your headache by using other app like #TrainLine.
