@Beany_1 For a while the government has had a separate narrative to everyone else. Their reality bears no relation to anyone else's. I wonder what has to happen for them to meet?
Tory achievements:
UK is the only G7 economy smaller than before the pandemic.
Highest inflation for 41yrs.
Average real wage less than in 2007.
16m live in poverty
7.1m NHS waiting list in England.
334,000 died from 2012-2019 austerity.
Life expectancy down.
More billionaires.
Listening to Micheal Gove calling out the housing association that was negligent and led to the death of the toddler.
The very slimy fucker who in 2016 voted down a law, along with the rest of the other Tory ghouls, requiring landlords make their homes fit for human habitation.
@MarkKelly_UK@RussInCheshire The election will be in May next year, at the same time as the local elections. They are relying on no-one knowing they will need ID
As entertaining as it is to hear George Eustice spill the beans that the trade deals with Australia and New Zealand are bad for the UK, a lot of UK sheep and beef farmers will be angry that successive Tory ministers gave up their industry as enormous unnecessary concessions.
