At first their compensation for cash website is not working. I have been trying to get in touch for so long and they have not been replying.
Now they have sent me vouchers. Contd.
@IndiGo6E@DGCAIndia Now when I tried booking on phone they told me that the voucher only works on one-way tickets and not return tickets... Which further increases the ticket price. This is a total scam, Please assist with this I am losing all my compensation and no one from @IndiGo6E is replying.
@IndiGo6E I received mails from you guys for compensation for flight on th 5th but when I try to fill my pnr and last name it says something went wrong please try later.

I selected cash option 20 times and your site had problems I sent mails and twitter messages and posts and no reply for so long.. now once I selected voucher and that got selected at first try? And now not even letting me change..

@FiverrSupport Hey.. My success score suddenly turned to "-" from 10... and now it's telling me i have only 1 month to keep my level 2. It's not showing any metrics in the success score but everything else all 100%, 5 star.
