It was made clear from the first announcement this was for military and family. Nothing more, nothing less. To drive that far, with no ticket or even contacting your ticket manager is wild to me because they are always the first to help and give info. To top it off, UFL has always sent out notifications via email about events if it was for STM or fans. Not a UFL problem but a Renegades fan that got upset because the game wasn’t for them and wasted time. 🙄 Next!

Happy Monday and for those that celebrate HAPPY 420 😶‍🌫️!

It’s another night of talking about football and all the happenings of the weekend and all the trading going on. 😮‍💨

Also, we decided to do something a little different and post our power ranking now because y’all LOVE to argue with us. Just as an FYI: we aren’t analysts, we aren’t bots and we aren’t professionals. We are a group of orphaned UFL fans that covered the San Antonio Brahmas over their XFL/UFL time, and now get to just watch football and not have a bias or dog in the fight. It’s not our first season watching, nor is it our last, for those of you new team fans out there. So, it ain’t our first rodeo.

Our week 2 power rankings!

Now we know everyone dos this different but as explained in our episode last night, ours is not based on a weekly power rankings but more of a week over week. So, in the end, the hopes is to have the top 2 as our teams going to championship.

What y’all think? Let us hear it and if you are arguing just because you are emotional over your team’s rank, go ahead and talk to your team and tell them to do better this weekend. 🫡

What a weekend and Tuesday of spring football!!

We run a podcast which initially only covered the SA Brahmas and have switched gears to all UFL. (SA/MI) All hosts are from teams that were moved and 3 out of 5 of us had season tickets since XFL. A few of us went to the home opener in Dallas. As super fans and supporters of the league, we loved the following changes: the new drum line, the stadium overall is beautiful an this was the first time that we were come up to and asks if we were ok, needed to find something or needed help finding our seats. There were UFL team with signs basically saying ask me for help!

Our biggest issue: what happened to the main reason most of us became super fans and season ticket holders: fan engagement. There was little to absolutely NONE at the game itself. The crowd was quiet for majority of the game and the only things that were done were 2 t-shirt tosses, air guitar and a “dance-off” with a very sub-par hype crew. Nothing else! We had no simba cam, no flex cam, no fan brought on to play a silly little guessing football game on the screen, no highlight of a season member or active duty member. Nothing!!! I literally sat there at some point, and had my feet propped up on the char in front of me because of the lack of engagement the UFL was known for in game.

Lastly, for any teams that do have a drumline, they should really pay attention to the game as well. The drumline played the entire time the offense was on the field. At points, that’s all you heard was the echoing of it during the time we should be quiet and letting our offense do work.

One last tidbit the food, although great choices, that most of us upgraded on our ticket, allows you to eat throughout the game - do a little better. Most food were hard as a rock - pizza, pretzels.

Maybe think about adding a net to the end zone. The fact that all kicks went straight into the crowd is insane.

This was just in Dallas but we read on social that most games were the same. The new teams and fans have no idea what they are missing, but the OG’s - you have got to do something about the in game fan interaction.
