One of our East Midlands managers out at the weekend. For the next two weeks Hortech will attempt to walk, run or cycle 831 miles (distance between all our depots from Plymouth to Middlesbrough) Proceeds going to Mind charity.

One of our East Midlands managers leading the first Attleborough Community running group session. Was great to get all abilities involved and we even knocked 10 minutes off someone's 5K to get them a new pb! Running is great for mental health, fighting stress and socialising.
