@signaturedoc I see 'this guy' at airports across the country. Admittedly, I'm not traveling as much but still out there. I even got into a fight with a physician's wife after I challenged him about wearing hospital scrubs ...."How dare I speak to her husband in that manner....he's a doctor!"

@StevenBeschloss I don't think ignorance is the right word....uninformed describes the phenomenon better. These people lack access or refuse to access, a broad array of information from different sources to they can weigh their position & as result rely on the same right wing propaganda

@GavinPrestonMD alot of that goes back many years ago when hospital physicians were given the oppty to monitor resource use by their peers. They failed miserably and HHS determined to sunset existing law and bring in private firms to do the job that the doctors refused to do.
