1) This Haitian illegal alien never should have been here.

2) This Haitian illegal alien never should have been given a commercial driver’s license. We don’t need to import illegals for high-paying truck driver jobs.

3) This Haitian illegal alien killed a good man — one of our citizens — a state trooper. He should be executed for his gross negligence. And the Eighth Amendment should be no barrier to imposing that penalty on any crime where someone dies.

4) Haiti and, if some NGO helped bring him here, both should be presented with the bill for the process of trial and execution under joint and several liability. That should include the cost of his execution, paying state prosecutors. public defender lawyers, plus an ample tort damages amount for his family, and his burial fees or the fees to return his body to Haiti, etc.
