The U.S. Marshals Service Philadelphia is actively searching for Kaiseem Smith and Azzubair Outen-Fleming, both 16, who are wanted for the June 6, 2026 murder of Penn State student William Schmidt in Philadelphia.

Both teens are wanted on murder and related charges and should be considered fugitives.

The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $5,000 reward for each fugitive for information leading to their arrest.
