Had a convo with a young founder who was “stuck” this morning.
Here was my parting advice:
1) Change directions less.
2) Stick with things long enough to see if it really worked. And if you don’t know yet. Then keep doing it.
3) The more stable you are the more stable your…
so many guys running personal brands are completely ripping their ideas and philosophy from Jim Rohn and Brian Tracy
watch their old tapes and pay attention to your feed it’ll become painfully obvious
not saying it’s bad to pass on good knowledge but nothing is original lol
Everyone’s talking about Jev, so I made a slightly silly way to try it. A Magic 8 Ball that returns 1 of 20 answers. My $4 in API credits should cover ~300,000 questions. Please help yourselves!

Progress is rarely linear. It's usually the result of long periods of feeling like everything is chaotic, failing, and doomed, followed by a short stint where you make quantum leaps. Such is life.
The key to creatives strategy is simply understanding your customer
Once you TRULY understand the customer: what they fear, what content they consume, what they think about everyday, what incentives they respond to etc. - then everything becomes obvious
When your decisions as a creative strategist "feel obvious" that's how you know you've struck gold
If creative strategy overwhelms you, that's ok. It overwhelms me sometimes too...😅
If you're just learning, best thing to do is keep it simple:
1. Research to see what people are struggling with
2. Ideate things that they may like to watch
3. Brief so your team understands what your vision + goal is
4. Script so your creators have fun on camera
5. Produce so you can get concepts out quickly
6. Read the data so you understand how people responded to it
7. Iterate as you go.
I think I've cracked the code
I currently have 10 brands to make ads for
If I can come up with 10 concepts, per brand per day then that's 500 static ads per day (5 variants per concept)
500 ads per day x 30 days = 15,000 ads
Even if I make $1 per ad on average, that's $15,000 per month
Fuck it lemme try
