Last class with 1st years before their exams used a “brain dump” relay. Each group moved to a different way station & added any words they could think of.
In hindsight assigning different colour pen to each group would’ve been more impactful, but I’m very impressed with results
The Green School’s committee along with the help of some TYs have organised a recycling bin for every classroom in school. Well on our way to our Litter and Waste Green flag 🌍 ♻️
Working on sustainability with 3rd years and focusing on UN Developmental Goal 11. Students had to create their own sustainable city. I added in extra detail of a budget and assigned roles to each student. Great hands on activity #jcscience#Sustainability#UNSDG
