Many Saas products are trying to do much. Vendor lock -in. Built to maximize profit. Simple workflows become clunky.
Sometimes you just want a small tool that helps with efficiency. Here is a tool I built using @caffeineai . It is hosted on $ICP . I have zero developer experience, but gave it a go. It is now being used by my team. It can be used on a computer, or phone app.
I’m not letting the UNDP × ICP partnership disappear.☁️
This isn’t a one-day headline. It’s something worth watching closely.
Two things I’ll be watching:
☁️Real-world deployment: How UNDP and DFINITY translate this partnership into actual infrastructure and applications.
☁️Global adoption: Whether this opens the door for ICP technology to be used across UNDP’s network of development programs and countries.
This could take time to unfold, but the implications are very, very bullish.
$ICP ☁️
@mosesibb When moon, Moses? 🤷♂️ Memes catching up with #Bitcoin or #ETH , but ICP is just 15% from average low from past few months = next BTC dump = ICP will be below ATL. Something’s wrong, hope folks make this viral, at this point of time we should have beeen at 5-7 level
I really don't think people understand how big this actually is.
Yeah, the price isn't moving. If this was almost any other chain, the entire crypto space would probably be talking about it. But internet-computer:native doesn't seem interested in paying an army of influencers to pump every announcement and market makers to inflate the price. They just keep building.
Now @dfinity is working with UNDP on sovereign cloud and decentralized AI infrastructure, with governments actually getting the opportunity to pilot this technology.
Think about what that means for the use case.
Most blockchains are competing to be a settlement layer. Move tokens around, collect a small transaction fee, repeat.
ICP is competing to provide actual infrastructure.
Compute. Storage. Applications. AI. Data. Sovereign cloud infrastructure.
And ICP isn't just a token sitting on top of that infrastructure. ICP is converted into cycles that are consumed to pay for the compute and storage running on the network.
So imagine where this goes if these pilots work and governments, enterprises and institutions actually start running real infrastructure on ICP.
They're not using the network because they want to speculate on a token. They're consuming ICP because they need the RESOURCE it provides.
That's a completely different use case.
An entire country adopting blockchain payments doesn't necessarily create some massive need for that government to consume the underlying token. Users just pay transaction fees.
But a country running applications, AI, storage and sovereign digital infrastructure on ICP?
That infrastructure actually consumes cycles to operate.
That's what makes this so different. ICP isn't trying to convince governments and enterprises to buy crypto.
It's building infrastructure they may actually need to consume.
This UNDP announcement is a much bigger deal than the price action makes it look.

Collaborations like this are built on years of R&D and months of work behind the scenes. Kudos to everyone at #ICP who made it happen.
Looking forward to seeing which real-world projects grow out of this partnership.
UNDP And ICP's Dfinity Launch Sovereign AI Pilot For Global Governments
A collaboration between UNDP and @DFINITY aims to launch a pilot program that offers a decentralized solution for government agencies to move away from foreign cloud providers based in the United States.
The project enables sovereign nations to deploy AI applications for public services on the $ICP blockchain, with all citizens’ data remaining in their own jurisdictions rather than being stored on foreign hyperscale clouds.
Within the next 30 days, five nations from Latin America, Africa, and Asia will be chosen to pilot AI for the health and digital identification sectors, among others.
@PierreSamaties Very few crypto projects can say they have partnerships with the UN and countries. Good job team.
Eventully time will tell. But looks promissing.
@BarakRavid@BarakRavid, what are you talking about? @HormuzLetter confirmed that Iran is not aware of this and rejected the statement from Mr. President.
Somebody is shilling fake news.
@MarioNawfal Can someone explain to me the mastery of this so-called deal?
- Before war: Hormuz open, sanctions hurting, no bombs
- After: Hormuz open, money flowing, nukes still on
Temporary vacation + fat check for Iran. Does it sound like a 🇺🇸 victory to you guys?
