A reminder of how hard draft scouting is. The same team that drafted and developed Devin Vasell took these six players before their next three 1st rounders were Wemby, Castle and Harper.
@HoustonSprtsGod I never fw these jerseys, even when they did that weak ass mod to them, the pure red and white just looks so lame, the mustard is going to completely change the look even if its subtle
I don’t think nobody more ready for these Rockets jerseys than me. I’ve been ready for change the moment we got the NBA equivalent of the Colts jerseys
We gon look back at this finals as a turning point in the league. I’m so glad league got over that youttubetv stuff and got the finals presentation right for this match up
Please leave this kid alone. He increases his PPG by 10 points and doubled his numbers on every other stat while bringing his 3 point shooting to 40% from his abysmal rookie year. He is going to be ok. It’s not his fault his coach gets exposed if the defense isn’t elite
SI’s @TrentonWhiting thinks Reed Sheppard is the Rocket with the most “room to grow” next season
“(Sheppard) has the most growth to make, but last season was his first consistent minutes in the NBA. It's entirely possible that he becomes a much more productive, consistent player than last season.”
I swear you go back and watch his peak you wouldn’t believe there is 3 basketball players ever better than him let alone be disrespected and say he’s not top 5-10 ever
Dailyn Swain rim pressure numbers are insane. His unassisted rim makes numbers up there with dharp, aj, dmitch, 51.6 FTR, 25 dunks made and elite efficiency +6.8% rTS. Easy indicators to tell what translate to NBA
using blitz and "4 man pass rush" stats with the Rams has to be taken with a grain of salt because of how many creepers and simulated pressures they use.
It's a scheme with a lot of offspeed pitches and Myles Garrett will be used more on stunts and games than he probably has ever been used in the past. It will create easy looks for him as well as his teammates because he's the sharpest tip of the spear possible.
So the offspeed stuff got more dangerous, and now Garrett gives Chris Shula a 103 MPH fastball to pair with the rest of the funk he uses. Man.
