The suspicion is the timing and the content of the paste.

There were malformed glyphs, many.

This may have caused issues when the server processed the contents.

I was working on brand guidelines doc:
Converted 35 page pdf to docx and pasted into canva. Took 1 min.
Immediately after saving everything was down.

@wol_lay I think the slant on the first popup is good and aesthetically fun, but for the following tooltip it gets far from the eyes for reading, perhaps that second layer can tilt back to a normal angle?
