BREAKING🚨 Kimberly Cheatle has officially resigned after pressure from Congress, and the American People.
NOW, we should demand Gary Gensler to resign or be fired after failing our American Markets. Repost if you agree.👇
I hope Brda hands you your asses in discovery. You’re the biggest bunch of incestuous hacks to ever have a position of authority in this country’s history, and that says a lot. You spend countless millions of taxpayer dollars on BS like this and yet when an act as simple as a broker to broker share audit would serve the public interests, restore market confidence, and prove your commitment to protect investors at the highest level, you cower away from it.
I said the same thing to @HesterPeirce: I will NOT STOP until the truth comes to light, and there’s a ton of people standing beside me that feel the same way.
@johnbrda This is not a suit against J & G. It is a suit against the TRUTH! It is a suit against every shareholder wanting free & fair markets with transparency!
1/ $MMTLP !!! Wait a minute. Hearing of this lawsuit against @johnbrda and @palikaras for misleading investors. Correct me if I’m wrong, but the S-1 that was approved BY THE SEC stated that the stock price may rise significantly but not reflect the true value of the assets.
Hey @SECGov... Cool story bro... Can't wait for discovery. $MMTLP $MMAT is bigger than any other market corruption. #MMTLPFiasco needs a market based resolution for the millions upon millions of unsettled over sold Counterfeit Shares that can't be cleaned up nor moved into a private company.
BREAKING🚨 THE SEC SIDES WITH HEDGE FUNDS AND MARKET MAKERS
- The SEC approved the $TRCH prospectus for the merger with $MMAT
- Now the SEC files a complaint on that dividend that they APPROVED $MMTLP
So META was able to get through a 4 month S1 process via the @SECGov that included 4 amendments but the SEC's suspicion of fraud/manipulation didn't stop the process?
Then, @FINRA reviewed & processed the $MMTLP Corporate Action allegedly in accordance with FINRA Rule 6490...
But according to that rule, being aware of a pending investigation by an entity such as the SEC & actively conducting a fraud/manipulation investigation initiated by FINRA, were 2 reasons NOT to proceed with the MMTLP Corporate Action!
On top of that, there was a 3rd reason:
"there is significant uncertainty in the settlement and clearance process for the security."
Which means that it's FINRA's role to address issues related to settlement and clearance BEFORE posting Corporate Actions to their Daily List.
So how did FINRA U3 halt MMTLP on December 9th, 2022 (after two Corporate Actions modified by FINRA) due to discovering an issue related to settlement and clearance?
Seems to me that @FINRA and the @SECGov were aware of abusive short selling in $MMTLP & $MMAT, FINRA blue sheeted both Securities on December 5, 2022 but investors were never informed. In fact, FINRA proceeded with the MMTLP Corporate Action the very next day, resulting in increased volume, basically inducing the investing public to buy more MMTLP because processing a Corporate Action is the equivalent of FINRA saying there is no FRAUD, or any other reason to NOT process the Corporate Action.
The EVIDENCE suggests that FINRA & the SEC protected their short selling member firms that stood to lose if their was a squeeze in MMTLP & or MMAT!
BTW, what creates the conditions for a squeeze that could be so disruptive that the regulators would mislead investors and prioritize protecting the broker-dealers?
Answer: A variety of market manipulation including short selling violations, counterfeiting and regulatory capture which facilitated the manipulation.
Looking forward to discovery, the truth will finally come out! Because nothing that either @palikaras or @johnbrda "might" be guilty of, would ever justify the manipulation that has occurred in $TRCH, $MMAT or $MMTLP.
#MMTLPsetaDATE @SECEnfDirector @GaryGensler@HesterPeirce@DOJCrimDiv@TheJusticeDept@FBIWFO@FBILosAngeles@The_DTCC
Last month, the Consolidated Audit Trail found 7 billion share errors in one day.
107 million options errors that same day indicative of 10.7 billion more shares underlying.
This month, there were over 100 BILLION errors in shares / shares represented by options.
100+ BILLION!
@MMATNEWS It will be another dog and pony show like everything else. Sessions will pretend to vigorously question Gensler. Gary will give a bunch of non-answers throw in some story about his dad and then nothing will come of it and everyone will go about their business stealing retail's $$
Does broker dealer Hilltop Securities have a trade settlement problem in $MMTLP ?
For some reason yet to be explained, Hilltop's Managing Director Kelly Bell was one of ten people selected to be on the FINRA panel that voted for an emergency trading halt in $MMTLP in December 2022... even though Hilltop allowed $MMTLP trades
Why 18 months after the halt has FINRA not released the $MMTLP blue sheets?
Why has Congress not issued subpoenas to FINRA, the SEC or the broker dealers represented on that panel?
Is it because the broker dealers represented on the panel aren't able to settle their $MMTLP trades?
The halt was certainly not to protect retail investors as FINRA suggested.
There's a history. Hilltop Securities has been around for 75 years and it has been fined in the past for allowing improper short sales
it used to be called Southwest Securities.
FINRA fined Southwest Securities $650,000 in 2011 for allowing improper short sales.
1) So given the history - shouldn't FINRA have checked Hilltop's $MMTLP trades before allowing Hilltop's Managing Director Kelly Bell on the panel deciding the fate of $MMTLP?
2) Assuming FINRA did check Hilltop's $MMTLP trades before allowing Bell on the panel what did it find? Blue sheets??
$MMTLP hasn't traded in 18 months so why won't FINRA reveal how many $MMTLP shares Hilltop (and every one of its broker dealers)
sold, delivered and failed to locate?
Put the facts on the table so investors, whose money has been frozen for 18 months, are afforded the transparency FINRA claims to provide .
Especially given Hilltop's prior fines for allowing improper short sales
"March 23, 2011
Yesterday, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) announced that it fined Southwest Securities, Inc., of Dallas, $650,000 for deficiencies in due diligence, risk assessment and written supervisory procedures that permitted one of its correspondent firms, Cutler Securities, to create risk for Southwest through improper short sales...
...In addition, FINRA expelled Cutler Securities and barred its President, Glenn Cutler, for Cutler Securities’ violative short selling.
On August 6, 2009, its second day of clearing through Southwest, Cutler Securities bought over 17.8 million shares of a stock while selling over 20.3 million shares of the same stock.
Despite receiving alerts regarding this trading during the day, Southwest allowed Cutler to establish a 2.5 million share short position.
Cutler Securities was unable to meet its obligation on the position, requiring Southwest to close the position, leaving it with an unsecured debit balance of approximately $6.3 million..."

The most accurate description I've read about the state of our financial markets
"The stock market has become a bribed and blindfolded traffic cop, misallocating capital, brains and labor.
And a whole platoon of crooked and blindfolded market cops have replaced the market’s efficient pricing mechanism with Dark Pools and trading platforms hiding out in the shadows here and abroad..."
Mainstream media is years late to the story of the financial fraud destroying our markets.
But when bubbles finally burst the media has to tell the stories.
And when the media does catch up to the questions we independent journalists have been asking for years now... reporters should begin with these
1) Why haven't regulators demanded trade settlement?
&
What companies do regulators go to work at after leaving government jobs?
2) Why are members of Congress trying to shut down the CAT system (consolidated audit trail) - the very system that exposes the fraud.
&
Who are their campaign donors?

Charles Schwab has about 12 Million certificates of $MMTLP/NBH at the DTCC
The $MMTLP community has verified investor data that Charles Schwab potentially oversold 5x the amount of their certificates
And according to FINRA, Hilltop Securities does third party broker services with Charles Schwab
So the question is also for Charles Schwab how many $MMTLP shares are held in your customer accounts... the ticker hasn't traded for 18 months
Where is the trade settlement?
