Reality:
$250,000 - $29,200 standard deduction = $220,800

10% * $23,200 = $2,320
12% * $71,100 = $8,532
22% * $106,750 = $23,485
24% * $19,750 = $4,740

Total = $39,077

$39,077 / $250,000 = 15.6% EFFECTIVE tax rate
