But Tyson had gotten a pipe out of a truck and ambushed him in the apartment. Kind of hard to say he didn't mean to when he had the weapon inside ready to be used

A neighbor testified that he saw Tyson at a casino and that Tyson told him he lost all that money. So Tyson killed Ray for the rest of the money Ray had on him to pay the fines and stay out of jail.

@LarryDWilcox Lol when I was in boot camp, the uniforms we wore for the pictures had no back to it. We put them on and straps helped them stay in place. We weren't issued the dress blues (the greatest uniform in all the military). But I heard they started issuing them after that.... OOH RAH!

@bennyjohnson He's not in the military. He's not in uniform. And he's not wearing a cover. All of which is taught to you on Marine boot camp. I'm betting that most people who get offended by this were never in the military and have never saluted anyone in uniform when passing them.
