@AndyGlockner This is the issue with the seeds/bracket as-is. The 3rd best team (NYM/ATL loser) is seeded 4th; the 4th best team (STL) is seeded 3rd. Look at SD. They are MUCH better off finishing 6th over 5th because of this. If 6th: Play STL, avoid LAD. If 5th: Play NYM/ATL loser and LAD.

@JerryHinnen As @AndyGlockner pointed out, we really could use Mexico beating Panama on Wednesday. Then that makes us finishing 5th much less likely. (Obv we need to beat Honduras on Wednesday.)

@AndyGlockner By my math, seems quite reasonable to come in 5th at 22 points:

U.S.: W vs Hon, L at Mex, D vs Pan, L at CR
Panama: D at Mex, W vs Hon, D at U.S., D at Can (match won't matter for Can)
CR: W at Jam, D vs Can, W at El S, W vs U.S.

Panama both finish on 23. We're 5th.

@AndyGlockner My brother is being a clown, saying Alabama should have gone for 2 at the end of reg. I've tried explaining he's wrong -- Alabama should want the game going as long as possible (as a 3 TD fav, Auburn's QB can't walk, etc.) and Auburn should want the 50-50 coinflip. Your thoughts?
