I was honored to spend time with Hillsborough County Public Schools @HillsboroughSch this week.

A district that serves over 200,000 students, it was absolutely awe inspiring to see the level of organization, thought, and intentionality put into this past week of training.

In Hillsborough County Public Schools, 7,000 teachers are now using MagicSchool in their classrooms. Not to replace anything, but to support what’s already working.

As their Chief Academic Officer explains, “Nothing can replace human interaction… nothing can ever replace a strong teacher in the classroom.”

That’s exactly the point. Teachers are magic and always have been. AI should support great teaching, not redefine it.
