@bykimberlyfaye I've been doing a 14-10 fast Mon-Fri for the past few months now and it fits my lifestyle (wfh) well. I've lost quite a bit of weight over the past 2 years so trying to find healthy ways of maintaining it. Has definitely helped me with less bloating/feeling fuller/sleeping better
