My first question would be about this — this game and football in general. Anyone honestly think she has any clue what she's talking about, or is she at the point in the campaign where she listens to Pepper and the Democrat machine propping her up?
We’ve never seen anything like this before. A man was conscripted into jury duty by the government. He performed his civic duty and followed his conscience, refusing to acquit a woman who confessed to systematically executing her three children. The defense attorney immediately launched a public smear campaign against the juror. Soon several other jurors joined the campaign. Then the media. Even the defense attorney’s wife has joined. Now they’re doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house. All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed. It’s truly one of the most outrageously evil things we’ve ever seen from the Left, and that’s saying something. A direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. They are burning down every boundary and standard in their path. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath. Unfathomable.
LGB still works because it is boringly honest. A lesbian is a woman who wants a woman. A gay man is a man who wants a man. A bisexual is somebody who looked at the two options and said yes please to both.
None of that requires a new dictionary. It quietly proves the two sexes thing every single time.
Then the brand managers bolted on the T and the Q.
Gender dysphoria is a real medical mess that somehow became a lifestyle accessory. Queer is the leftover bin of hairy, attention seeking, red-haired retards.
LGBTQ: The first three letters are about who you want. The last two letters are about who you insist the rest of us pretend you are.
Video of Amy Acton incident at Canfield Fair on Sept. 6. This is not the video taken by defendant Patrick Havas. That footage, coupled with this, would be ideal to see what occurs ahead of the movement that starts out of frame from the right and briefly comes into view.
I still want to know if — as Acton's security detail intercepted Havas for entering the tent recording (as the prosecutor said) — the two individuals fell because the security detail jarred Havas into them or because the security detail knocked them down directly.
Thoughts so far given this video?
@FloppingAces Aces, you are a friggin wordsmith! 👏 Keep doing what you’re doing, the ordinary hard working people of this country appreciate having such an articulate voice of truth and common sense.
These juror interviews are fucking unbelievable. Not “concerning.” Not “disappointing.” Un-fucking-believable. These people sat in front of cameras and damn near confessed that they threw the law in the trash because they felt sorry for Lindsay Clancy.
One juror admits she originally thought Clancy was guilty, then flipped her vote because she wanted “Lindsay to get the help she needs.”
Help.
You were not empaneled to run a fucking wellness spa. You were not there to hold her hand, book her a therapist, or make sure she landed somewhere soft. Your job was one thing: decide whether she was legally guilty based on the evidence in that courtroom. That was it. Not mercy. Not treatment. Not “she seems sad.” Guilt.
If you thought she was guilty and changed your vote because you wanted her to “get help,” you did not follow the law. You replaced the law with your feelings. You should never have been in that box.
Then another juror somehow found a dumber lane.
She complained that prosecutors never brought in “character witnesses” to prove Clancy was a “bad mother.”
What the fuck was she waiting for? A neighbor to take the stand and say, “Yeah, she was a nightmare at PTA and her casserole sucked”?
She killed her three children.
If that does not at least twitch a neuron in the “maybe not Mother of the Year” department, I do not know what testimony this juror was shopping for. And here’s the part that makes it even more asinine: prosecutors generally cannot just parade people in to say the defendant is a piece of shit. That kind of character dump can get tossed as prejudicial and irrelevant.
So this genius punished the state for not introducing evidence they may not even have been allowed to introduce. You could not write stupidity this clean.
Then she made it worse.
The same juror called it a “fact” that Clancy “viciously killed her children.”
Viciously.
Her word.
And after accepting that Clancy viciously killed three kids, she still landed on not guilty.
At that point words are dead. Facts are dead. The law is dead. You are just throwing emotional glitter around a courtroom and calling it justice.
Another juror gushed about how “entertaining” the defense attorney was.
Entertaining.
Maybe next time they can pass out scorecards. Ten for charm. Eight for stage presence. Extra credit if counsel keeps the room giggling between autopsy photos.
Then there was the juror who said “everything” in the case proved Clancy loved her children.
Everything.
Apparently “everything” includes strangling them to death. That little detail did not put so much as a dent in the grand theory of maternal devotion.
These people do not sound like jurors. They sound like eleven random drunks pulled out of an airport bar and told to invent a legal system after three margaritas.
By their own mouths, some of them were deciding whether she needed treatment, whether she seemed like a nice mom, whether her lawyer was fun to watch, and whether they personally felt bad for her.
Those were not the questions.
The question was guilt.
They had one fucking job.
And now they are on camera explaining, in their own words, how completely they wandered off and pissed on it.
Absolutely fucking unbelievable.
Thank god that one dude had the balls to stand up to these fucking dumbfucks!
“Believe in something. Even if it means sacrificing everything.”
Nike slapped that shit on Colin Kaepernick like they’d found God. They weren’t being deep. They were writing their own fucking obituary.
This used to be the company that owned American sports. Jordan. Bo. Barkley. Tiger. Just Do It. Swagger. Greatness. Shoes people actually wanted to wear. Then they ripped the spine out of the brand and stuffed it with sermons. Kaepernick kneeling his way into a payday. DEI as a “core value.” Black Lives Matter check-writing. Dylan Mulvaney ... a man ... modeling women’s sportswear like biology was a branding inconvenience. Executive floors packed with people who clearly thought they were running a social movement that happened to sell sneakers on the side.
Then the bill showed up and it was brutal.
Nike peaked around $178 a share in 2021. By September 2026 it was circling $38. More than $200 billion in market value torched. Now this once-untouchable brand is getting kicked out of the S&P 100 after nearly 18 years, like a drunk thrown out of a club it used to own.
Carve that slogan into the fucking boardroom wall.
Believe in something.
Sacrifice everything.
Mission accomplished, you arrogant assholes.
The contempt for the customer was breathtaking. Nike decided America needed lectures, political homework, and a shopping model dictated from headquarters. They yanked a Betsy Ross shoe because it might “unintentionally offend.” They did not yank the Mulvaney ad. That tells you who they feared and who they were happy to spit on.
Customers had a simpler response. They walked. They cut the Swoosh off their socks. They bought somebody else’s damn shoes.
Nike already knew the formula. Make great shoes. Put them on great athletes. Shut the hell up and let greatness sell itself. Then the consultants, activists, and corporate priests got hold of the altar. They wanted to change the world.
They changed the stock chart. The market does not give a flying fuck about your feelings.

@AlTheBoss03 Reds-Cardinals brawl. Brandon Philips was trolling the cardinals, as he always did, and yadier got butthurt. Johnny Cueto got pinned to the wall and was kicking guys with his cleats. Pandemonium.
The prosecutor described the video today: Havas walks into the tent, phone up, calling Acton's name. No "bull rush." No contact. No weapon out. Never gets near her. Her campaign said an "armed man lunged" called it political violence. The record says otherwise.
