@Airbnb are keeping my money and refusing to give it back. I had a booking but changed my mind and saw an alternative. I cancelled my booking selected credit and booked this other property. The other property turned down the booking. At that stage I wiukd have taken the money 1/2

@Airbnb But wasn't given the option. It went as credit. There were no other suitable properties available so I found one on https://t.co/DtbnL4QTJu. I therefore want my money back. Airbnb are refusing. Saying I have to keep it as credit and can't get it back. Give me my money!

@SouthernRailUK delays are also occurring on the waddon to London bridge line due to shortage of train crew. Can you not organise adequate cover for people off sick? 🙄 at least tell you've out extra coaches on the next one for all the extra people!

@SouthernRailUK Funny, we were told delayed driver. Then only after the train had left they announced it wouldn't be stopping at my station. I was an hour late picking my daughter up. If they'd announced before it left I could have only been half an hour late. No consideration for customers!

Then AFTER the train has left they announce that they aren't stopping at most of the stations because its late. No regard for parents needing to do childcare pick up!😡🤬😤
