made it fully autonomous to detect false fire alarm inside the house. no lidar, no obstacle sensor, just some scrappy engineering and an ai model for camera frame analysis

- Redesigned + field-tested our wastewater flow cell. Significantly reducing air-bubble interference and stabilising signals in high-fouling conditions.
- Now focused on data-centre cooling: validating urgency, pilot design, and buyer paths. Targeting higher COC, lower blowdown, and potentially an uptime of ~99%
- A few investor conversations moved to second meetings.
