Zomato changed its policy, if you ordered something & if you got delivered wrong item or something is missing. Zomato will ask this to restaurant & then give you the required support and a polite sorry to customer that it will not happen again.

that'd take 2 more days because I'll get my refund and place a fresh order, i asked him can u wait for 15 mins i am coming to take it from where you're right now, he denied that too. And then I called customer support, he told me I'll get it by today any how,

And after couple of hours they returned it to seller. And today, the time frame for the delivery was 11:00 to 15:00 I haven't received my order, delivery boy keep asking me to change the address and that not possible without placing a fresh order,

Pathetic service by @amazon, this is second time in 6 days the delivery person failed to deliver my order, on first attempt he didn't wait for me and left without even letting me know that he's leaving on later next day the order status again changed to out for delivery,

This is how you treat your customers.
I ordered a mobile phone on 9th aug 2021 and it returned back to the seller without any information & and when i asked to customer executive they told me they can't do anything.
Seriously disappointing & pathetic service.

So, Now the lockdown extended to 3rd may, Everyone is thinking about survival in this crisis. So i think @nestawayhomes is also doing the same by charging the extra money in the name of rent, maintenance charge, water bill, etc

I paid the rent & water bill on 10th april, still we are not getting the water supply. On calling to they are refusing to give water supply to the full building because some people didn't paid. I want to ask the higher officials, will we get looted the same way till the lockdown

I am not able to pay rent for the next 2 months on time as I didn't get my salary yet. Survival is getting difficult & in this situation, I can't pay the rent.
You can impose the everyday fine or do whatever you want.

This is what Zomato is doing.
I ordered the food around 11pm, they gave me the time of 11:53 & now 12:48am is the time & i m still waiting for the delivery. On asking support they are saying the zomato delivery is not in our control.
