@theheraldsun Interesting comments on this feed. Like other foreign nationals, Indian nationals cannot buy housing stock in Aust (other than apartments and a couple of other exemptions). So is this about Indians who become naturalised Australian PR / citizens ? What’s the issue then?

@dannynoeljackso @nickwhite1995 @J_Walter23 Possible reasons: 1. Tote prices at times are flawed in less liquid / illiquid mkts. NZ & US markets esp. 2. Onshore tote mkts are set to ~16% takeouts which is (mathematically speaking) better than 121-126% FO mkts….so you’re probably viewed as a tote price exploiter.

@carlton_hero The POCT was promoted by TABCORP to supposedly equalise the tax carry between TABCORP and corporate bookies. TABCORP chose its commercial path (retail monopolies over digital) and failed. The cost has been passed onto punters. POCT actual revenues well below forecast.

@BenAsgariRacing Given the VRC (RVL) is experiencing declining SRC attendances (membership), and lower wagering turnover on its racing events, is the cancellation driven by cost cutting ? What is the cost and who pays for the cup parade / national cup tour ? Debt costs on the new grandstand?
