And suddenly there's no more opening week goals, no more golden boot runs, no more goals every week, no more Ballon D'OR shouts, Goodbye Salah thank you for changing our lives
🚨Mohamed Salah’s message to everyone at the club and calling out Arne Sluts Ibiza mentality:
🗣️ Salah: “When I first arrived, it didn’t feel like many players were putting in extra work before training. Maybe I’m wrong, but I remember guys like Millie, Adam, and Sadio doing sessions after training. Personally, I wanted more, I wanted to work before, after, all the time. Eventually, others started doing the same, and that’s something that genuinely made me happy and proud. I love this club, I’ve had my best years here, and I just want that mentality to continue.”
“I always tell Dom Szoboszlai that even if he wins the Premier League every year, it doesn’t take anything away from what I’ve done. I’ve played my part. But more than anything, I want these guys to succeed and for the club to keep progressing.”
“One of my biggest concerns is maintaining that culture. I’ve spoken to staff and people at the club about it and when I leave, there still needs to be examples. Players who show up early, go to the gym, and set the tone so others follow.”
“If that standard drops, it could become a real problem because it’s essential. The bar has to stay high — arriving early, putting in the extra work, taking care of your body. I don’t want that to change when I’m gone. Keeping those standards is crucial if the team wants to keep winning.” #LFC
In 2020, a teenage girl from a remote farming village in Sabah, Malaysia climbed a tree and stayed there for 24 hours.
Not for adventure. For her exams.
Veveonah Mosibin had almost no internet access at ground level in her village. So she found her own solution: climb higher. Perched on a tree, she recorded her experience in a video titled “24 Hours On Tree Challenge” and completed her chemistry and Malaysian studies exams from the branches.
The video quickly spread across the world, drawing millions of views. But it wasn’t just a viral moment it led to real change. Malaysia’s Communications and Multimedia Commission upgraded internet infrastructure in her village, bringing long-overdue connectivity to her community.
Veveonah’s journey didn’t stop there.
She later graduated from Universiti Malaysia Sabah with a 3.46 GPA in marine science. But instead of continuing down that path, she chose to follow where her passion truly lay.
“I lost interest in marine science during the pandemic because it requires hands-on learning,” she explained. In 2021, she decided to pursue medicine.
Today, she is enrolled in a five-year MBBS program at Management and Science University in Shah Alam, working toward her dream of becoming a surgeon.
“I hope to become a surgeon. For now, I’m preparing myself mentally and physically for the challenges ahead.”
And when that journey is complete, she plans to return home to Pitas to give back to the community that shaped her story.

“Slot is also reportedly disillusioned. He believes that his style of play would be better suited to a continental side such as Bayern, Barca or Real Madrid. He’s also believes that leaving under his own terms would give him better opportunities”
