He intentionally started an unnecessary argument, pepper-sprayed the driver, and then blocked the truck as he tried to leave the altercation.
He had no right to shoot the driver.

Actual capacity of 476GB (1024bytes) plus 36GB (conversion difference) = 512GB (1024bytes).
36GB is placed on file system which is not the actual capacity of file system.
